Each piece is made to order, meaning we only produce what is needed. This allows us to reduce waste, maintain high-quality craftsmanship, and create garments with intention.

After your order is placed, your piece enters our production process, where it is carefully cut, sewn, and finished by hand. This process takes time ,but it ensures that every garment meets our standards of quality and care.

Production timelines may vary depending on the piece, and estimated turnaround times will be noted on each product page.

SHIPPING POLICY

Once your order is complete, it will be shipped from Canada with tracking. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.

For international orders, please note that customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply depending on your country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are not included in your order total. Adriana Elcena is not responsible for these additional charges.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Due to the made-to-order nature of our garments, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once production has begun.
